These are my new favorite yoga capri pants. They fit really snug, but are still flattering and very comfortable. You can find them at Target. The solid colors are $21.99 and the pants with a color on the top are on clearance online for $15.39.
I have a couple dvd's. The one I typically use is from Target; it is Sara Ivanhoe's Yoga Target Zone. It has different routines which is nice when you want to mix it up. But I typically go to a yoga class. Hope that helps! :)
