- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 4 medium eggs
- 4 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla (containing vanilla and alcohol only)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon real butter melted, plus more to butter the griddle
*The batter will be thin, but if it comes out too thin because your eggs were large, then just add a little more almond flour to thicken it.
