Kids Peanut Butter Banana Sushi

I have been making Hudson some creative food to eat lately and came across this idea at Peanut Butter Boy. I made this for breakfast one morning, but it would also make a great afternoon snack. Hudson loved it and all of the ingredients are things that I almost always have on hand. You could also spread the tortilla with Almond Butter or Nutella in place of the Peanut Butter.

  16. should i put lemon juice on the banana to keep it from browning?

  17. @BellaBugsMommy
    Hi,
I have never used lemon juice on the banana, but I usually serve it right away. I suppose if it will be sitting out before serving you could try! :)

  18. I just made this for myself and it is sooo good :) the only thing I did differently is that I put a chocolate chip on each piece instead of a raisin ;)

  19. Looks great.
    Interesting idea.
I make something similar with thin pancakes

  20. I tried doing this. I live in germany so its not easy to get Peanut Butter or Almond Butter - so I tried with Nutella. The problem which I had was that the pancake didn't stay on the banana. It was hard to cut it in pieces even harder to eat it later. Everything fall apart.

The taste was great anyway :)
