here. They are called Jim's Fluffy Pancakes, however mine don't come out all that fluffy...It might be time to replace my baking soda! They are still really yummy! They have a great flavor and you can top them with honey or we sometimes spread them with peanut butter. Or just eat them plain because they taste so good without anything on top.
