Design a Cupcake Topper in Picnik

You can design a very simple and basic cupcake topper using Picnik. I followed these directions here from Homemade by Jill. However, instead of starting out with a blank jpeg, I opened up a polka dot pink paper in photoshop and saved it as a jpeg for my background. Once I printed mine on card stock I used two different sized scalloped craft punches to cut mine out, a 2" and 1.5". Then once I taped them to the toothpicks I decided to add some paper flowers and rhinestones to the larger sized toppers.
